It’s started off to a Great Fashion Year! And as you may know, the Style House Files Team just got back from another successful collaboration with Pitti Immagine W(omenswear) 11.

Last Year, the Lagos Fashion & Design Week Team were graciously hosted by Pitti Immagine W(omenswear) with Anita Quansah, Bridget Awosika, Jewel By Lisa, Lanre Da Silva & Omer Asim as the seasons Guest Nation representatives. It was a fabulous & fun introduction to not just Italy, but its #1 Womenswear Trade Fair Pitti W, which you can read all about in Jewel By Lisa’s PR Girl, Zara Okpara’s blog on which she shared her experience at Pitti W 10’s on Style House Files, HERE.

This year, Style House Files with Four Designers from Lagos Fashion & Design Week, namely – Alter Ego, Ituen Basi, Obsidian by Isoken Ogiemwonyi & Odio Mimonet followed suit.

The Style House Files exhibition space which was the biggest and most colorful this year, also had so much unanticipated love and referrals from it’s last visit in June, and boy! were we glad to meet with Old friends Barbara Beryl, Elisabetta Paroli, Marie Claire, Vanity Fair, WWD to name a few, as well as start off great relationships with the likes to ‘La Rinascente’ just to name drop.

The 4-Day Event saw exhibitions from our Nigerian Designers who just recently showed their Spring/Summer 2013 Collections at Lagos Fashion & Design Week display and network with Key Buyers, Editors and Stylists in the industry, below are some of their pieces on racks that were display at Pitti W(omenswear) 11:
