About

Ezokhetho is a term derived from the isiZulu language by the founder Mpumelelo Dhiamini and his mom. After graduating with a BA Degree in Fashion at The Villio Fashion Institute, Mpumelelo sort out to create a clothing brand that would be a form of storytelling.

Having graduated receiving the Dean's Merit Award. He went on to complete the EDCON Design Innovation Challenge, a developmental initiative, which included the SA Fashion Week - 21 Steps Retail Programme, and an EDCON Internship

In 2019, being selected to sell the first capsule colection in

Milan during Milan Fashion Week.

The brand Ezokhetho was born. A clothing brand that is creat

ed to reflect the African person as well as celebrate the lineage that is behind the now. The brand continues to take on a DNA of its own each season as it grows.

Ezokhetho - meticulously chosen as being the best or most suitable, by those who have been before us.
