Creative Director of Iconic Invanity Nancy Nwadire is Uganda-born and founded the brand in 2009. She enrolled at the London Fashion Institute for a course in Fashion Retail and Management and Dress Making. Studying in London enabled her to appreciate and explore London’s rich heritage of museums and art, which are part of the inspiration for her designs today.
She married a Nigerian and moved to Lagos. The lifestyle brand is defined by the vast heritage of African culture and love for luxurious fashion and style. Iconic Invanity uses an artistic sense of glamour for the sophisticated woman who appreciates art and good designs made with superior grade African print and other exotic fabrics as a canvas to create perfectly fitting clothes adorned with unique and timeless embellishment.
