Russell Solomon’s AFLOAT 20-20 - An acronym for "African Force Lifting Off and Thriving" was created to inspire and encourage young creatives with a message that says it’s okay to feel burnout and pressure. Gabriel’s creative process through this collection was influenced by his experience in dressing Nigerian pop-culture royalties such as Don Jazzy, Banky W and inspirational rapper Jesse Jagz.
Accents of traditional Nigerian tie-dye fabrics are used across his collections, re-worked coats, onesies and trenches are hard to miss.
